The Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a Jacuzzi tub with his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. This was our first time visiting Cabo and we did a lot of research to figure out the best place to stay for a family with 2 teens and 2 of their friends. This was the perfect choice! We loved the spacious condo with 2 rooms that connected through a big living room and kitchen. We also loved the long balcony with a table and lounge chairs where we could relax and look out at the ocean. We chose this place because we could have separate rooms, a large kitchen where we often had breakfast and lunch, a beautiful pool with swim up bar, walking distance on the beach or streets to the main town and marina with shops and restaurants, a swimmable beach, no worries about timeshare pitches, a nice restaurant on site, and professional and courteous staff. We also liked the gym and multiple hot tubs. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the 6 of us and we hope to go back next year! We did not do the all inclusive option and preferred going to local restaurants for dinner. It felt completely safe. We also loved walking into town on the beach to get coffee and a snack in the morning. Thank you for providing this great accommodation!

Great family vacation

We loved this place. The resort was perfect for our famiy. The food was great, pool and beach as well. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness. There were stains on some of the bedding, and the cleaners left their used rags on the floor when they cleaned.

Great property, location, beach, deck and pool area. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown. The condo has a great layout and well maintained. The large deck gets afternoon and evening sun. The living room comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The washer and dryer are new. The condo has 3 full bathroom which makes getting ready easy.

Great stay

We arrived home to drizzly Seattle and I thought Ugh, here we are, back again. We had another great stay at Enstacia. You really can't go wrong with this property. Unless you are looking for a party atmosphere all day/all night but it's really not that place. We enjoy it for the lack of loud music, pool games, etc... it's just a nice relaxing resort. If you need the "extras" you can always go next door or walk down the beach a bit. It's also a quick taxi ride into town. No complaints from us.

From the moment we walked in to this resort we were welcomed with the friendliest staff! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend booking through Cabo Rentals by Jane! Her staff was amazing and helped us with everything that we needed! Ashley was always attentive to all of our requests and Joel our personal concierge was very helpful when we had questions regarding excursions. We absolutely loved Antonio, our driver that picked us up from the airport on Day 1! He was the best! He made it so much fun getting the party started on the way to the resort! We had him drive us back to the airport on our last day! From the hospitality, to the food, to the culture, to the people,to the resort this vacation completely exceeded our expectations! The owner of this condo #1409 has exquisite taste in decor! We were wowed as soon as we opened the door!! It was beyond amazing!! Everything was perfectly clean upon arrival and in between. The staff takes pride on cleanliness! Fresh flowers were even on the dining room table! Exactly as shown in the pictures but better in person! We took so many beautiful pictures on the terrace that has an amazing view of El Arco! We cannot say enough good things about the resort and this unit! All of the resort staff were very friendly including the guys at the beach who took care of any excursion that you needed. Gavin and Rojo were the best! We highly recommend this resort and booking through Jane and her amazing staff!

Fantastic Vacation

Really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary staying at this Villa. From start to finish just a top notch staff, great location, great view, and the Villa had all the necessities. The resort itself was immaculate and had such a great pool and great restaurants on site or nearby. The Villa was all we had hoped for and we look forward to returning.

The unit and property were great. Our kids loved the pool. We have stayed at several resorts and this had to be the best value for money. Joel the property manager did a fantastic job. Loved the space and the unit, It was better than it looks in the pictures! I only wish the property owner/manager/whoever is in charge would have communicated better during our stay. We did not have wifi in the room (really bad as my wife and I were were planning on working remotely during our vacation), and though we found the router boxes, the passwords offered in our welcome kit were not correct. and when we contacted Jane, we got...silence...
