Casa Palmitas is a two level house built in 2023. The large fenced property has plenty of room for parking or playing.



Up the exterior stairs you’ll find a spacious private patio and entrance to this beautiful home.



Inside on one level is the kitchen open to the living area and patio. Off the living room are both queen bed rooms and the bathroom.

Calle Fénix is a friendly neighborhood with many expats, some full time and some part time. The Sea of Cortez is about a mile away and very walkable. Downtown is a 3 minute drive. We do recommend a car or ATV when staying at this location. If you like hiking there are plenty of trails walking distance from the house.



This house has private gated parking for your rental or car. You will want a vehicle to explore town and experience the local dining options.



When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
