Lack of customer service . Not friendly at all. No towels upon checking in. Called to get some delivered to my room. I waited a very long time they never came. They were painting so wet paint all over. Looked run down on outside. Due to the lack of customer service I will be spending my money else where.

wanted to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the receptionist was somewhat rude, which set a negative tone right from the start. The hotel facilities were under renovation, and there was a lot of noise and a strong smell of paint. As someone with asthma, this significantly affected my ability to breathe comfortably. Additionally, the room was not properly equipped, as it lacked basic essentials like towels. The breakfast was also subpar, barely resembling a proper meal. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests
