8. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Please vacate the property on time so that our cleaners can prepare for the next guests within a tight time window. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee if authorized at least 24 hours in advance (as above). 9. Damage: Renter is liable for any damage to the property or its contents that they may cause. This includes the replacement cost of permanently stained sheets or towels, and a $50 fee for replacement of a lost gate remote.
10. Excess Cleaning: Should the property be left in an unusually poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services) will apply.
