The check in clerk was not welcoming as I’d hope for. When she asked for cc for incidentals, didn’t bother to say how much would be held. I knew because I overheard the people next to be being told. Bathrooms had no towel rack to hang hand towels. Even cheap hotels have hooks so I was surprised.

room was clean, no FREE Wi-Fi, for what you pay a night they should provide free Wi-Fi. Also, review your receipts before leaving property or your credit card, we had a problem with charges. We now need to provide them proof to correct. hmmm.
