Privacy and Design Flaw Feedback - Lack of Restroom Lock in Multi-Occupancy Room I recently stayed in your two-queen bed 6 people accommodation. Our party included a mix of family and friends (men, women, and a child). The most significant and highly concerning issue we encountered was the complete absence of a lock on the restroom door. This design flaw resulted in a serious privacy violation and created immense discomfort for all six occupants. The risk of the door being opened accidentally while someone was showering or using the toilet was constantly present. Upon querying the front desk, we were informed that the lockless door is an intentional design choice for the hotel. While this might be a questionable, yet acceptable, design for a single-occupancy or couple's suite, it is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable for a room designed to accommodate six individuals. The lack of basic privacy assurance renders this room fundamentally unsuitable for multi-party bookings. I urge management to review this oversight and implement a solution immediately, as it severely compromises the guest experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The beds are comfortable, but too high to get in and out of easily. There is no safe in the room. The water pressure or lack of was the biggest problem for us Additionally, the showerhead is up so high that it was impossible for three of our family members to reach it for adjustment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Steph was very nice. Breakfast was beyond belief delicious based on our dietary preference however it locked dairy free milk you have got to have dairy free milk . For the shower: shampoo was just way too watery; body soap was the same as shampoo, watery, and it should not be, and there was no conditioner. We will definitely stay there again

Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable. Even with comfortable bed didn’t get much sleep could hear kids running around above us till 4 am and the freeway was loud. Next visit will ask for top floor and courtyard room. But other than no sleep the room was great and hopefully we will be back soon.
