I reserved 2 Double bed suite. Instead the staff gave me the one for disabled. I requested it to change the room since I had not reserved for disabled one, Melisa refused to change the room, said that all booked even the King bedroom, and because of I reserved from Expedia, therefore that’s what I got. I said, it is unacceptable for this since I were not reserved a room for disabled, and I demanded a refund. She refused and said I had to go through Expedia to get a refund. I spoke to Expedia and the representative from Expedia called Melisa, again she refused to authorize the refund through Expedia. After stranded for about 1.5 hour trying to figure out solution, Melissa came to over room I booked with an excuse someone cancelled the room so she could over the room to us. I was very disappointed for this poor customer service. I was also disappointed for poor accountability to making sure the customer got the room which they reserved. I was also dissatisfied for lacking responsibility to take action to resolve the issue by refunding the payment since the room booked was not available, instead Melisa was given a hard time and blamed customer for booking through Expedia. No, absolutely I was not recommended to stay in this hotel. Note: refrigerator is dirty, sofa is dirty, some of the light is very dim, carpet dirty.

Pool was good. Breakfast was great. Staff great. But laundry requires an app which you need a US phone number to download. Staff on reception advised no other way. But there should be another option eg provide a US number that could be used or a mobile with app pre loaded etc
