We’ve stayed at several Springhill suites before. This has been sadly the worst stay, and I was surprised. The bed sheets were stained, the head board had some unknown origin white residue… several of the plugs didn’t work for charging ports and the television remote wouldn’t work. Not a place for families to stay whatsoever.

Price was right. Sofa had a strange odor.Tolerable for one night Otherwise clean room. Did not do.breakfast or use pool . Staff was exceptional.

There was no water pressure and nobody to fix it the first day. Was told to wait till the next day at 8am someone would come to fix it. No other rooms available. The next day nobody showed up until 11am. I asked the desk for towel service while i was out and when i got back in the evening no towels. Was not a good time
