Some of the staff was poorly trained lying to patrons about a fire alarm that went off. The smell of weed throughout the hallway. The loud noises all throughout the night keeping us and our infant and baby awake

The hotel itself was fine and clean. Housekeeping skipped our room. I was told I could take out my own trash and had to ask for additional towel. The power in the room kept going off. We requested a different room and were denied. It was only until it happened several more times and had the maintenance man advocate for us that we were moved. The front desk seemed inconvenienced that I had to keep asking for assistance. It was terrible experience but even more terrible customer service.
