Everything was done with such sophistication and ease. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and was my 3rd return/stay. Everyone took care of us- from Champagne and Fruit awaiting our room upon arrival, to complimentary coffe (Americana and a Mocha latte) brought to us in the lounge... just so much. Staff were on point- special shout out to Armando Campos and Daniela, along with Ivan the bartender @ La Palma... lovely service.

Beautifully designed hotel in a great location with solid food options and friendly service. The room was so well decorated and comfortable, and I especially loved the Aesop products. The curated mini bar was a nice little touch as well. The housekeeping staff was all very friendly, and every time I passed by a hotel employee, they were went out of their way to be genuinely courteous. I enjoyed the pool area and being able to bring my dog up there as well. Overall, a wonderful stay and I hope to stay there again in the future.

The hotel was ok, but my room was so loud at night. I think for that price there could have been some more finishing touches. Slippers in the room etc I was expecting 5 star
