While I was sleeping, an employee knocked on the door at 11 a.m., saying they were conducting a security check and trying to open the door with a key. What kind of hotel would have employees come in to check on a guest room? I was terrified, thinking they were threatening the safety of the guests. And until 1:30 a.m., the sound of dogs barking throughout the hallways kept me awake. When I complained at the front desk, the employee knocked on the front door, said they were conducting a security check, and told me to open the door again. Was this a prison, not a hotel? This place is unfit to be a hotel. It seems like there are a lot of long-term guests, and people are smoking outside the front door morning and evening.

Don’t stay here. Transient look like they live here. Very unclean. I felt very unsafe and walking in and right back out. Please read all the bad reviews which tell a very accurate picture of what your stay will look like if you choose this hotel.

First it smells like marijuana in the elevators going to the room again it smells very stingy. Smoky got into the room. Restroom was terrible. Looks like the maid never cleaned the bathroom correctly. Roaches had to go get towels for the bathroom rugs on the floor. You’ll be vacuum and washed very ugly. Talk to the guest services explain what’s going on. You can trade me that they were working on it on renovating the hotel but for now I will stay away from this hotel until a couple of years from now.

I got huge bug bites on my legs after spending just one night there. The bites were as big a a coin and it itches bad.

Experience was not good at all as soon as you walk into the hotel it smells like cigarettes in the lobby. The room was ok the bathroom had a very strong smell of Clorox. The sheets on the bed and towels were stained. No towels in room you had to go to lobby and ask for towels everyone you needed them. The bathroom did not have shampoo conditioner or hairdryer. The fridge had a bad smell . The microwave was rusted. I asked to get a refund the hotel asked me to talk to hotels.com and hotels.com told me to talk to the hotel staff no hep from anyone

Falsely advertised!!!!!!!

First off it looks nice from the outside but once inside it’s grimey,dingy, and smells like animal piss. Then head over to elevator and it was full of graffiti and was dirty. The hallway to the rooms carpet smell like dog piss and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Also not well lit. Then you enter your room. And looked like the floor wasn’t even cleaned. It’s an old hotel I get it. But the bed was squeaky and I feel the coils on my back. And the ROACHES in the bathroom. You all need to update the pictures on website it was falsely advertised. Stay at your own risk. They do have security sitting outside all night. So I wondered why they need that service. And the breakfast they advertised was instant oatmeal and coffeee. I should have took pictures.

As a law enforcement officer I work with public health inspectors and this place needs to be shut down and audited. This place looks like a crime scene and something you would see off of a horror movie. There are blood and feces, stains everywhere and cockroaches in every part of the rooms. The front desk kept offering me different rooms to avoid a refund, but every room looked worse. Pictures and video are available upon request of this whole establishment . Expedia denied finding accommodations and denied giving me a prompt refund for credit that would have helped finding accommodations for my family and I.

Worse place ever, need to update the whole building, dirty room, bathroom and carpet all old, it really needs a new renovations throughout. Doors and locks keep banging all night. Dirty old towel, only 1 bath towel and a hand towel provided. Old fridge and oven. Everything is just old and room rate is expensive too for price. Sorry stay away period far away!!!
