While I was sleeping, an employee knocked on the door at 11 a.m., saying they were conducting a security check and trying to open the door with a key. What kind of hotel would have employees come in to check on a guest room? I was terrified, thinking they were threatening the safety of the guests. And until 1:30 a.m., the sound of dogs barking throughout the hallways kept me awake. When I complained at the front desk, the employee knocked on the front door, said they were conducting a security check, and told me to open the door again. Was this a prison, not a hotel?
This place is unfit to be a hotel. It seems like there are a lot of long-term guests, and people are smoking outside the front door morning and evening.
