We have stayed at this property a few times and always get the same room king bed facing PCH . It was clean and in good condition, had all the things you needed my only complaint about the room was the fridge was outside thawing out and I had to have them put it back into our room , which they did in a timely manner. I appreciated that and we will definitely stay there again the price point is great and only a few minutes walk to the King Pier with a little pier with restaurants and little stores . Good place to stay . You do have to pay for parking I think $8 a night which honestly is not bad .

I live in Venice Beach and was just staying for the weekend. For me it was a great less expensive place to stay for a quick weekend work/staycation. It’s an older hotel. Not a lot of frills. But it was perfect for my needs. You can walk to the pier easily (10min) It had a jacuzzi tub and glass shower in the middle of room which is kinda fun. I would definitely stay again.
