Check in was pleasant, room didn’t have black out curtains so the streetlights were in our eyes all night. Then, it seems like this place is 10 years over due for a remodel. Broken elevator, other elevator took 10+ minutes to go between 4 floors. Outside the rooms the walkways felt like they were spongy, like you’d fall through. Room had cracked paint and peeling wallpaper. Pillow cases and blankets had scuff marks and there was other peoples hair everywhere; one in the bed, several in the shower and toilet seat. (Gross). I wore my shoes the entire time except in bed. But it was cheap so it was the only option smh.

OMG!!! RUUUUUN!!! Outdated everything! Tub disgusting rug old stained dirty ! It honestly felt like I was in a third world country motel ! I had a seven day stay I left in TWO DAYS!! Heck no. You have been for warned !

There was mold in the room but Jennifer gave me an upgraded room for no extra charge. DO NOT STAY ON THE 4TH FLOOR! The 4th floor is the top floor right under the roof and its and old building with zero upkeep including the roof, which leaks causing mold.

The hotel had dirty rooms, was noisy, and had no electrical points, iron door locks tea maker not working my 1st night was a nightmare. I canceled my 2nd day, and they have not refunded the money. The staff says that the system is not working, you should check with Exoedia to refund. They are thieves and will not listen to your complaints

The first room (#136) that was assigned to me had roaches crawling around, and then I was assigned to room (#236). The magnetic key strip to the door was inoperable. Meaning that anyone could just open the door and wapked in unannounced. I was too tired to walked back to the front desk and request for a new room. Instead, I just put the deadbolt on and placed two chairs in front of the door. When I exited the room to go to my car, there was no way for the door to lock and for my room to stay secure. I probably won't EVER stay here again.
