This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My car was actually towed once just because the parking pass “wasn’t visible” on my dashboard, even though I had the entry code. Then it was almost towed a second time for supposedly “double parking” when in reality one wheel was just touching the line. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, I didn’t have WiFi for my entire stay. I complained multiple times and nobody bothered to help or fix it. The room itself was disgusting—bugs everywhere and it didn’t feel clean at all. This place is poorly managed, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful to its guests. I will never stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. The bathroom was covered in mold all around the tub. There was mold around the windows and the smell was very off putting. When checking in 2 of the other customers almost started fighting and were cussing up a storm. One of the elevators would trap you inside for a few minutes before opening.

Convenient for an overnight stay in L.A. However property is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Room had a musty smell, carpet was old, towel bar in the bathroom was broken. Also, L.A. has a mandatory non-refundable hotel service charge.

The customer service is very poor. The first room they put me in had mold and it was missing refrigerator, which was supposed to already come with the room. I had a strong mildew holder on the carpet. My allergies have been out of control since I went to facility and I may have to go to urgent care if my nose doesn’t stop running. I had no problems with no sickness or anything before I booked a room at this place.

On arrival, entrance blocked by construction and no available parking. Contrary to advertising, I was charged for hotel parking and told their policy had, “recently changed.” Told us I didn’t pay, I could park “somewhere “ across the street maybe. Shower curtain rod hanging and bent so curtain wouldn’t close. Broken tiles, dirty floors and overall musty smell in room. Maid arrived second day and took dirty towels without replacing anything. Exterior “smoking area” at entrance to parking structure filled with gangster punks that commented loudly to everyone going to their cars. Fortunately I was away during both days of my stay and only returned to sleep and shower. Have fun with the wet shower floor and maybe someone will look up to fix the shower rod!

The hotel looks like it was a really nice propertyi. The past; however, it is in need of remodeling as it is worn out. The site advertises free parking on hotels.com and other sites but it is not free as its a $10 per day fee. Overall not a great experience.

You get what you pay for— the price was too good to be true and the place is a dump. Price was great and free parking was gratifying but with no maid service for both nights and a general site in disrepair this Ramada needs an upgrade.

Lacks cleanliness. I got patches of rash on my first night of sleep. I suspect bed bugs. Poor facilities and the security systems not working at all. Anyone can easily get into the 'hotel' compound undetected. And parking is not free but it says one space included on Expedia. Bad experience.
