They staff that checked us in had a hard time finding a room for us. The gentlemen said he was giving us an upgrade and he did not. We had to go back to the front desk for the correct room key. Our room was ok for 1 night. The best thing about the hotel was that the bed and pillows are very comfortable. And the chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Over all, decent place to stay.

Had a fabulous time received warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. Hotel was clean everything it was in fantastic working order. Staff was phenomenal so happy to be able to stay in Chatsworth where I was born and raised to visit family and stayed at a local hotel that was recently upgraded by Hilton.
