Remote control did not work and could not get the TV off at night, so I slept with a Hilton Honors welcome screen up. Not a problem for me, but would have been one for someone who wanted to sleep in darkness. I did call down to the desk but no one picked up.

It was a nice place for the area its in. Rooms are clean and spacious. The BEST thing about Doubletree is they have the CRABTREE brand for shampoo/conditioner bodywash and lotion.
