The bathroom shower was missing the plastic that keeps water in the tub. Due to that there was water damage and high potential for mold. Due to dealing with personal health issues we could not risk some where with a high potential of mold. We saw some signs and the seal between the tub and tile floor was open so water could easily flow under the tub and floor. The host dismissed the concern. We ended up leaving as soon as we discovered the problem. We spent one night since we arrived very late and only saw the issue once we took a shower in the morning.

Seal between the floor and tub is broken so water can flow underneath another high risk for mold

Pretty great place with one major flaw: the bed in the main bedroom just had a box spring, no mattress. Without a mattress, calling it a functional bedroom is a stretch. Some additional furniture in the living room would be nice. Otherwise central location, nice neighborhood, great kitchen.
