Over mall was great however, online and in my check in details it stated that the restaurant was open at night (till 9) which was convenient as I was visiting for work but it turns out it’s only open for breakfast and brunch.

Staff was courteous and accommodated us for a quiet room. The hotel has a great little vibe. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Cute hotel, good location-a lot quieter than expected since room was street level. Pillows are bit uncomfortable as they are really big. The parking was not explained well by front desk. You must call the front desk to get into the parking gate open. I had to back up, park and run to front desk 3 times for them to let me in. Could not stream on TV and channels were limited.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed with the room. There were no drawers and no closet (annoying). There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. The staff was very nice. Checkout time is 11:00. There is small fitness room, but no treadmill and the Peleton bikes did not work.

Room temperature control, carpet was dirty, housekeeping requested and did not happen, and water in the room had been used and refilled. Spent a good deal of our time negotiating with the front desk about room temperature (they control for a number of rooms).
