Never got to my room. The staff person refused to check us in because they insisted that registration closes at 5pm, which is absurd. The information I had said anytime. It was 1am and we were left stranded in LA in the middle of the night. Had to pay $300 for the night at a nearby hotel out of desperation. And the place doesn't look like this photo unless you think about 30 years of dirt and decomposition is meant to look this bright and welcoming.

I don’t like that hotels.com price was 60% higher than other sites for this guest house. There was a hole in the ceiling of the room, bathrooms are shared. There was a bandaid stuck to the towel, which I had to find myself. Breakfast image that they show is much more elaborate than reality. There is a pretty garden but someone regularly leaves cigarette butts around the property.
