We requested a nonsmoking room, but upon entering it was clear that the room was previously occupied by a smoker. it was so bad that my throat started itching. We only stayed as I needed a nap to recover from a long drive. It was difficult to do so. Decided to leave 2 hrs before we planned just because it was that bad. In addition, there were no toiletries in the room (i.e. no shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc) so we couldn't even use the shower.

Front desk was not very friendly at check in. I have a chronic illness and was sick on stay and asked for a few more towels. They yelled that I “ruined” a towel. Mind you these towels are paper thin and I’m sure they bleach them anyways. They called me and yelled at me to not ruin anymore towels. I’m legally blind and asked if we could get a lower level at check in… they told us they have an elevator… the bathroom door does not have any lock just barn door like.

The beds were super uncomfortable we could feel the coils or whatever is inside. Didn’t make for a good sleep at all we slept terrible. After I had gotten out of the shower and gotten dressed I stepped into the shower to grab my toiletries only to leave behind black foot prints. The elevator is scary. The staff however were all very very nice.
