The location was convenient and the space itself was fine for a short stay. However, I had an issue with my deposit that hasn’t been resolved. The front desk told me it was okay to leave my belongings overnight and return, which I relied on. In hindsight I would have handled that differently, but I followed the guidance I was given. Since then, there’s been a lack of clear communication and I still haven’t received my deposit back. Because of this, I’d recommend confirming all policies directly and getting things in writing to avoid any confusion.
