Conveniently the credit card machine was broken and they only accept cash. They just so happened to have an ATM in the lobby. It's advertised that coffee is available in the morning however, that machine is broken as well. I got the distinct impression it had been broken for a while and there were no plans to fix it. I stayed on two separate occasions. The second room I had, had only one electric outlet that was not convenient at all.

I understand this isn’t a luxury hotel, but basic cleanliness and comfort should still be expected. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and not helpful when we brought up the issues. Instead of showing understanding, we felt dismissed.

My reservation were canceled by motel 6 upon my arrival. They said I had to call hotels.com to get my refund. Now hotels.com is telling me I can’t get refunded because I owe motel 6 close to $200. That was Monday. Today wed they said I owe motel 6 $900. Motel 6 and myself have no clue as to where this money owed is from. They gave me a cancellation letter to provide hotels.com to help me get refunded, but I can’t get a single person from hotels.com to help resolve this problem. Deleting this app and will never book through u again.

The room was outdated smelled and dirty. Literally dusty and the floor looked like it has never been sweep. The blankets had stains. One of the rooms that my family rented the ac, tvs did not work. Also people were loud 3-5 in the morning no considerarían and they were not being told anything. Never staying there again!!!!
