Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a private upstairs suite with sitting area, tub bathroom, loft workspace, and direct access to the pool via an outdoor staircase. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end Thermador appliances, and dining options include indoor seating or al fresco by the pool.

This house was amazing and the pictures of the pool and hot tub do not even do it justice! A private oasis that provided exactly what we needed when coming to CA with our 2.5 year old for medical reasons. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach and was easily able to get packages delivered if needed. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen has all that you need and the TVs were big and had all of our favorite apps! Laundry worked great and super easy to come and go as you please. Communicating with Kelly was a breeze! I felt like she was my friend after talking to her a bit so probably reached out too much LOL but she never made me feel like a bother and even offered to bring a package into the house for me a few days before our arrival. She also purchased a booster seat that my daughter loved and used every day! Can’t recommend this house enough and we will be back!! 10/10!!

Very nice rental - beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, spa like bathrooms. We had some difficulty with Google Home and Kelly was extremely responsive. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool, while we relaxed in the hot tub! Will definitely stay here again!

The hot tub was a fantastic bonus — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel right at home.Overall, this home exceeded all expectations. Absolutely perfect vacation rental. 6 of us were in town for a family wedding, agreed ranged from 35 to 85. We loved the house. Spacious, clean, incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, safe, quiet, and close to shops/restaurants and the beach. Easy parking. Most importantly, top notch communication with the hosts, even though we didn’t need anything.Highly recommended.

Check-in was smooth, and the keycode door access worked fine. When opening the garage, look for the opener in the hallway/ laundry room on the wall (it is not in the garage), haha. The kitchen and breakfast area were very nice and updated. This is a great place to bring your own food and cook your own food for your friends and family if that's what you want to do. The living room was comfortable, we all watched a movie in the living room, and that was great. Wifi access was strong and easy to access through a QR code or the check-in booklet on the counter. Everything is new and freshly remodeled, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and all the bathrooms are really nice. The pool and spa was the best part. Transport access for your cars won't be a problem, can fit up to 3 vehicles comfortably. Uber and Lyft pick-ups work great too. Had an overall great experience and would come back again. Hosts were friendly and helpful too!

My wife and I, along with our five children, have been vacationing along the Southern California coast for over 20 years. In that time, we’ve rented more than 30 beach houses — and we've loved them all, yet this Beach House in Belmont Shore is by far our favorite!!This house is next-level. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully and stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable — it felt more like a private resort than a vacation rental. The backyard pool and hot tub were absolute highlights for our kids, who spent every possible moment swimming and playing. Meanwhile, the front yard became our family gathering space — equipped with a grill, Blackstone, and a large table where we enjoyed nearly every meal outdoors. We loved chatting with the friendly neighbors as we soaked up the laid-back beach-town vibe.The location is just as impressive as the home itself — quiet, safe, and close to everything you'd want. The garage fit our Honda Pilot easily, and it was perfect for storing all of our beach gear and toys.But what truly set this experience apart was our interaction with the host, Kelly. She’s not just a phenomenal host — she’s a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. She somehow found out it was my birthday and had cupcakes delivered to the house. That meant a lot to us. This home quickly became one of our all-time favorites, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Kelly, for sharing your incredible home. The Swenson Family

My family had an ideal stay at this beach cottage. The location is amazing as it’s so close to the beach as well as cafes on 2nd street. On top of that the house itself is immaculate, tastefully remodelled and furnished, and incredibly well-organized. Every detail has been thought out from the kitchen, linens, and other amenities including a gorgeous pool and front porch dining area and grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

It was a very nice and cozy property, with so many amenities to enjoy, from games to jacuzzi and pool, and very comfortable beds. Amazing hospitality! I will go back! Close to the beach too.

We absolutely loved the Belmont Beach House hosted by Kelly and Stephen! This place is a gem - great location, walking distance to nearby beaches and the popular Second Street restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to the beautiful home. Everything was top notch-quality and very comfortable. And the hosts were so great- very responsive with anything that came up. We will be returning, for sure!
