A beautiful, spacious and comfortable 3 level townhouse just steps to the beach (5 houses in, takes only 1 minute to have feet in the sand). With 2 private balconies, a huge roof deck with 360 degree views in a super convenient, clean and quiet area of Venice. Adjacent to the beautiful canals, and a 3-4 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Washington St. with coffee shops, bars, restaurants, yoga and more.
The famous Venice beach path is 30 seconds away, where you can walk or bike for miles. Your Venice Beach oasis awaits!
Located on one of the storied Venice walk streets, this private 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath has all you need for your trip to one of the best beaches in the world.
On the first level is a Large King master BR and bath with plenty of closet space and a balcony off the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is a Queen bedroom with a separate bathroom, with a brand new curbless walk-in shower. There is a private in unit laundry room on this level also.
The next level up has a huge living room with 3 sofas, a dining table and full kitchen that opens to the dining area. A 65" smart TV, antique wood mantle and fireplace, and French doors that open to a patio that lets in lots of natural light and ocean breezes. An air mattress may be used on this level if needed.
One more level up and there is an amazing roof deck with ocean breeze and views, plus a dining table, couches, sun lounge chairs and a propane grill with 360 views of all of LA!

Friendly, artsy and beachy, one of our best treasures, this is a great walking area for most things. Most people rarely use their car if they have one, and ride share is also very easy from here. There are several bike rental places on Washington St 2 blocks away if you want to grab a cruiser or e-bike and head up to Santa Monica, the boardwalk or just enjoy the 22 miles of beach path right outside the door!
If you have a car, there is 1 parking spot in the driveway. There is also ample free street parking just outside the door on Pacific St, no permit required and you can leave your car as long as you like. Let us know any questions and we hope to see you soon!

The host Bill was attentive with any questions we had. The property was great, just a block from the beach in the residential area of Venice Beach. The beach in that area is quiet and relaxing. If you walk further down it gets more crowded but not overly so with some good people watching. Washington Blvd restaurants were a couple blocks away, including somewhere to pick up some light groceries. The Venice boardwalk was about a 10 min walk for us, which included my wife and 3 kids ages 3, 9 and 11. We enjoyed checking out the skate park, muscle beach and a lively basketball tournament along the walk. We went all the way to the Santa Monica Pier, which was 45 mins to an hour by foot if you walk it straight but we made stops for lunch and to hang out on the beach. It made for a really fun day. There were places to rent bicycles to take along the way if interested. We also went to Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, a Lakers game, a Dodgers game and took a Hollywood tour along with enjoying time at the beach most days. The property has a rooftop patio to hang out on. The first floor includes all the bedrooms with two bathrooms and the second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It was clean, a great location and had everything we were looking for during our stay in the Los Angeles area. It was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend staying at this location.

Great location, minute walk to the beach, another 5 to the Venice pier. The canal district and several restaurants are within 10-15 minute walk. The unit is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The living/dining room and kitchen level is spacious and bright, and the kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom on the first level is large and comfortable, with a large en suite bath that looks to be new. The 2nd bedroom and hall bath are smaller but still comfortable. The host is friendly, accessible, and very responsive--he replied to texts and calls quickly and addressed questions and issues. He assisted me when I couldn't connect my laptop to the unit's wi-fi--it turned out to be a problem with the laptop, not the network--and fortunately worked fine for my phone. I didn't use the parking (no car) or roof deck (cool and breezy during my stay), but the latter has great views. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Just steps away from Venice Beach. Very nice place with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Santa Monica Pier or Marina del Rey Marina. Definitely would stay there again!

Guys trip to LA to go to a sporting event and the location was really great. A couple of blocks away from the fishing pier, but also coffee shop and bars/restaurants. You're one block away from the beach.The place itself was nice enough and I think the photos online are a fair representation. Communication with Bill was quick and self check in was very straight forward.Garage space was tight for our mid-sized SUV, but we made it work.One slight pain was only having one physical key to get into the building and then also needing to remember two door codes every time we were out.Rooftop provides some cool views and could be a cool place to hang out at sunset, but needs a little self-set up. The spot worked out perfectly for our group and we would definitely consider staying again.

This location cannot be beat. It is just steps from the beach, tons of restaurants and venice beach culture. The home is clean, well equipped and the roof top deck provides views that will blow your mind. Bill our host is fantastic. Loved this property. Location and proximity to the beach, canals, restaurants, etc. is perfect. Home is clean, beautiful, and well-appointed. The rooftop deck is one of the best in the neighborhood. Bill, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
