The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area.
