Rooms in Royce cottage were large but safe was tiny and you had to carry a key with you Bathroom shower was small and shower fixtures were old and loose Hot water never appeared in bathroom-lukewarm at best Parking was a nightmare and very expensive

For over $500 per night, stay elsewhere. It has a very dated interior, the “superior” rooms were like a dungeon. A small window overlooking a roof top and boiler room. And the worst part, there was a very loud banging noise from the ceiling 24/7 that came every 25 seconds. Kept me up and I couldn’t get work done due to the noise.

Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and a beautiful bathroom!! Loved swimming in the pool but at night time it wasn’t heated enough. The hot tub was really awesome with some really powerful fun feeling jets.
