As a loyal, repeat customer who exclusively chooses your hotel when traveling to LA for business and leisure, I am writing to express disappointment regarding my stay from Jan. 22, 2026 to Jan,24, 2026. Because I am a very light sleeper, I always book in advance and specifically request a room on the 4th floor to ensure I can rest properly especially if I am in town on business. Despite this pre-booked request, I was assigned to the 3rd floor. When I politely asked at check-in to be moved to the 4th floor, I was told "no" because that is where they "decided to place me." Unfortunately, due to the noise from the room above me, I did not sleep well and had to push through the next day at my speaking event while exhausted. I believe loyal, returning guests deserve to have their reasonable, advance requests honored, particularly when they are essential for sleep. My request was for a room on the 4th floor—nothing more, nothing less. Also, the room I was in, the door had a 1/2 inch opening so light shined through all night. I had to close a towel in the door to block the light and for safety reasons. Please have someone look into that door for future guests safety. I hope that in the future, reasonable request from booking notes regarding room preference are taken seriously. It would have made a world of difference for me. Sincerely, Marie Young
