The Crypto Arena is conveniently located, making it a great place to watch events or games. There are many eateries nearby as well. The room was spacious and clean.

We had first class service here at the JW Marriott LA. Maria in the lounge area took really good care of us every night .Very professional, fun spirit , her graciousness to her guest was priceless. Also at the Ms Debbie in the restaurant was so good to us and was very attentive to our dietary needs.great customer service. We will definitely be back .

The check in areas were in spectacular condition but the room we stayed in was not clean. The bathroom had MOLD and things like the light switch were DIRTY. We were not given instruction on where to go for valet but when we did find the valet area we had to wait for a while to receive our vehicle. The bed was not made correctly so the duvet that is not washed between guests was visible and came undone when we slept. We also went out to the pool and were surprised by the amount of unsafe brick plates that were improperly placed. We definitely should have stuck with the simple but well kept towneplace hotel as supposed to this UNWELL kept EXPENSIVE hotel.
