Huge clean suite, feel like a condo in size! Noe upgraded us to an ocean front suite, the staff was amazing! We had the perfect beach view and enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast. The rooftop restaurant Kassi was delicious with amazing views of Venice 💕

Lovely, clean hotel with amazing views in the heart of Venice Beach. Close to great coffee, food, drink and shopping. I had the level 6 Epic View room which delivered on the description provided. It is right below the rooftop bar so you could hear the music at night, however, the staff were upfront about this and offered to relocate me if it becaame an issue. It wasn't. Breakfast was included - small space but perfectly functional and convenient. Only downside was the hotel amenities fee that was charged at $40 per night upon departure. That took me by surprise. I think this needs to be called out upfront as part of this booking in the same way that taxes and fees are, since it's not an optional charge.

Gorgeous hotel just a block from the beach, very large, clean rooms and a great rooftop bar. Right in the middle of Venice—we stayed three days without needing a car. Highly recommended.

Great hotel close to beach and beach walk. Our room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of ocean and enjoyable easy walk to restaurants in the area. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition with friendly staff. Miguel at front desk was especially helpful. Would highly recommend selecting Hotel Erwin for your next visit to Venice Beach!

It was a great experience until Monday morning that we found bed bugs in the bed. We talked to front desk about it and moved us to another room because bed bugs are gross for a nice hotel like this. They gave us late check out and we were told they were going to wave the destination fee. The person who helped us said he wish he could give us the free stay but since we booked through a third party site the destination fee was all that could be taken off. I was still charged a destination fee for one day.
