The staff was very nice. The room was in good condition. However, the elevators were broken, the wifi never connected, the walls are thin so it was very noisy. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and there was no Shampoo or Conditioner in the shower, the bottles were empty.

Overall Roy has helped me with my short notice process of checking in. I came for a procedure and wanted to be comfortable and got just that! He was very responsive and work effectively to ensure my stay was amazing. I met the cafe/kitchen supervisor I believe Joann she was amazing as well she showed me the buffet and described some of the delicious options for breakfast and it was delivered! Roy and his staff are amazing housekeeping made sure we walked into a clean room (I didn’t feel iffy) thanks again for the extended hospitality

The property is aging. There was no elevator the whole stay. No free breakfast and we were told theyndont offer maid service to stay overs. Drinks and treats costs $6. We stayed here 6 momths ago and it was a much nicer experience. The $24 breakfast was free. They freshened our room every other day and we didnt have to haul our luggage up and down stairs. We wont be back, which is sar. This was a nice property
