No hot water until following almost time check out the following morning. When I called a gentleman said there was an issue with the water boiler and that I will be notified once it was repaired. I checked a few times during the night then in the morning. I had to take a shower with cold water. Nobody called.

The staff in this hotel are top quality lovely people very helpful so nice to see a smiley face on arrival and throughout the day. They couldn’t do any more for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean. All the maid service are polite and caring. The rooms are bright and the outdoor seating area is beautiful. The gardens are manicure daily and it’s a really nice part of LA and the surrounding facilities, I would happily stay here again if I was visiting California.

Check-in experience was fine. It wasn’t pleasant to wake up for a shower that was ice cold though. Not even luke warm but just straight ice water. I’d read previous reviews online about it but though some was just being a complainer. Well… ya win some and you lose some. I guess the person next to me on the flight back will have to deal with it. Nice to spend almost $200 on a place to stay and not even get hot water out of it.
