I arrived on a Tuesday night and the staff upgraded us to a bigger room. It was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was very good for it to be a hotel breakfast. Due to it being self serve my mother and I got there early to get our food. I definitely witnessed a little boy reach in the bread drawer and touch two pieces of bread and only grabbed one. I was able to throw the other piece of bread in the trash due to him touching it. It was an amazing experience and would refer this hotel to anyone visiting LA, both long term and short term stay.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to LAX. Check-in was a bit slow, and I later learned that parking wasn’t included and there was no airport shuttle, which I had expected. However, this wasn’t a deal breaker. The room was very nice with a comfortable king bed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a convenient charging station. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked, and I appreciated having a separate shower instead of a tub/shower combo.

I wanted to stay here because they had an indoor pool and spa. The spa was broken and was cold even with the spa running. The pool needed to be cleaned, was murky and cold. Kids and myself were not happy. Besides this, my reservation was cancelled a day before which resulted in a room change with a bigger bed but my Dad, who was staying with us had to sleep in a pull out bed.

Don’t get dooped!! Photoshopped pics room under construction there building a new hotel across bringing TONS of junkies. Parking lot is VERY SUSPECT I chased 2 young boys away breaking into cars walking around parking lot at night. Always walk with 2 or more people at night especially when parking. Stay away from here unless they have have armed security patrolling.
