Communication with virtual front desk was frustrating. There was a significant delay in getting information. The option to check in early was confusing and didn’t work at all. The pictures of the outside areas didn’t match the actual space in the least. They charge for parking, which is not mentioned at all when you book. However, The room was nice and very clean and centrally located to the Hollywood walk of fame. But the virtual check in was not the best.

room is spacious, having a sink and full size fridge is awesome. However no parking means I have to park at the mall which is 10 min walk is very inconvenient. We have to plan to go out early and come out late instead of come and go as much as we like.

Everything was great. Had difficulties using all the codes for the outside gate, one gate was left open several times. Everything was great though, very clean and had everything we needed inside. Will definitely be back. 10/10

It felt more like an apartment building and all the different codes made it difficult. Also the door to the room did not go all the way to the floor so my dog was going to bark at every noise. We ended up changes hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic about the issues.

Fantastic location, secure property, big kitchen, very comfortable bed. Ideal for a stay of a week or so. Communication was also terrific. TV was in a bit of an odd place in the room where it was not possible to actually sit anywhere and watch the television. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 107. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with more than the basics. It was definitely a studio apartment feel which I loved. If you’re looking for 5 star hotel accommodations, this is not the place for you. I felt safe during my stay even though there is questionable activity in the area. The kitchenette was not equipped with plates, bowls or utensils but not a deal breaker for me. I did not use the pool but did walk down to it and it was clean as was the area. The outside patio/lounge area is not as photographed on the website, it was pretty dingy and the furniture was sun worn. Not a big deal as I wasn’t there for this amenity. My room was next to the stairs and at some point was noisy but not a big deal as it did not bother me. Franklin Ave is a busy street and can get noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, this is not an ideal place for you. The room had a slight mildewy smell to it but not a deal breaker. The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things so definitely a bonus. I used El Cerritos place for my Lyfts because Franklin Ave is impossible. I took trips to Warner Bros studios and Universal Studios and it didn’t take much time to get to either place. I hopped on the train and at some points rode the bus and the Lime scooters. All easily accessible from this property. I give 5 stars because of housekeeping. They were very helpful and I was not without during my stay. They made sure I had enough w

Great hotel and convenient location. Fair warning, this hotel is in the middle of Hollywood, so with that, there’s a lot of traffic, parking sucks, and it can’t be noisy at times. But, you’re nearby a lot of really cool spots in Los Angeles so it’s a worthy trade off. The room was clean and the record player was a nice touch. Had a slight hiccup when I checked in, but it was quickly fixed.

Had a short hiccup using the code for the room , it wasn’t working but called the number for service and they helped right away . Besides that room was clean , nice layout gives apartment feeling. Fair for short and even long stay . Washer dryer inside is helpful. Beds were comfortable. Parking is compact but private .

I stayed here for two nights and gave it 3 stars mainly because of the virtual “Front Desk” & check-in and lack of onsite staff. While the idea of a contactless stay sounds convenient, it quickly became frustrating in practice. There was no one available to help with issues, housekeeping, or even basic questions. At one point, the keypad door lock to our room malfunctioned and locked us out around 1 a.m. for around half an hour leaving us to sit in the hallway for any kind of assistance, The only help available was someone over the phone who said they would “reach out to management and hope they answered.” When I asked how long it might take to resolve, I was told there was no time frame. No one ever came to assist us. Eventually, we managed to get back in ourselves by jiggling the doorknob repeatedly while hearing the lock engage—which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the room’s security. The advertised rooftop lounge was also disappointing—just a few chairs on an empty rooftop with no atmosphere. Throughout our entire stay, we didn’t see a single staff member. Every access point (the front door, garage, elevator) required codes, which made the whole experience feel impersonal and off-putting. It’s unfortunate, because the room itself was great—spacious, clean, and comfortable. With an actual onsite staff presence and better customer support, this could have been a much better stay.
