The room is clean, tidy with washing machine & dryer in the room, but it is completely different from the picture shown and they refused to switch room for us because they said the picture online are just for reference and they have double checked the room they assigned is correct. On top of that, things like the shower head and chairs are wobbly. And they have single layered window, so it was super noisy during night because the building is next to the road. Great and responsive staff via online though, which is an excellent thing.

Overall the room is spacious, clean and liked the amenities of a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is ok, and right next to all the landmarks of Hollywood. However, if you intend to park at their property make sure you reserve parking. Arriving late at night and lugging your luggage from Ovation parking isn't the safest or most convenient at all to walk to the hotel. Still a good place to stay.

Rhe space works great. I was had two seperate reservations in the same week. Both rooms had very comfortable beds, plenty of space, very clean, and useful kitchen. Nive to have a washer/dryer in the bathroom and there was plenty of space. Not crammed at all. Very secure hotel as well. Rooms along the street can be very noisy, especially at night. Ear plugs were provided. It was pretty bad. Our room facing the pool did not have this issue at all. I would stay again, but only if i could secure a pool facing room. It is very close to all that Hollywood has to offer. Just a 4 min walk to CVS , Target, coffee etc. Great location. Parking, if chosen, also secure and useful. Be sure to connect if needed as spaces are limited and must be reserved.

This hotel is not actually an hotel but an apartment that is being rented out. All issues that you may have must be addressed through a phone call and explained then you have to wait for a response. Parking is not as advertised. If you wish to have it which I suggest due to location, you better make sure way ahead of time that you actually have it. Then be prepared to move your car to different spots daily as they adjust for whatever reason. The spots are tight but the large SUV we rented did fit. The good things are it is clean, safe, and basically a studio apartment. We appreciated the parking (once it was resolved), the washer and dryer and kitchenette area. It is easily walkable to Hollywood Bowl and beats the crowds trying to get out. We would stay again but wish that hotels.com did not advertise none hotels because it caused some unnecessary issues.

Nice clean spacious Room, each time I message Staff they replied straight away and were very helpful. Nice and close to Attractions and lots of Food options would definitely stay again Only downfall is that with cleaning only offered once a week or fee charged floor got really gross, we ran out of toilet paper and had to wash our towels we ended having to buy a broom and more toilet papers would be nice if clean towels and more toilet paper were provided every few days and broom was provided in room :)

Cute room, but we were awakened constantly by loud elevator and vehicle noises all night long (got no sleep). They provided ear plugs, but those don't fix the problem. Next time I would request a room away from the street and not next to the elevator. I.e. NOT rooms 100 and 200 which are next to the elevator and with windows facing the busy street. Otherwise it's a cute, self-service place. Let's call it a funky stay near Hollywood attractions.

This place is just weird. It’s in a drab neighborhood and getting in requires multiple codes and keyless locks etc. Room was sterile and uninviting. The traffic noise at night was terrible.

Cute vibe...super clean and host was communicative. There is a parking fee in order to park on the premises. Laundry inside our room was available and convenient. Cleanliness is most important to me and that was 5 stars. Will stay again.
