Adequate enough: designed for extended stay with needed amenities available at front desk. My only issue was that the bed had this thin-as-a-sheet bedspread and no blanket at all so sleeping was not that comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Though I noticed the carpet was worn, the elevator needed repair, there were many areas where repainting was needed. The facility as a whole needs some refurbishment.

The front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. Though the area is nice getting there that small location feels sketchy. The beds were decent. The furniture old and scratched up with the refrigerator looking the same. If you need the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap you have to ask for it. It wasn’t provided at check-in. It was loud with doors slamming. Because everything was sold out it worked and my kids and I sucked it up but would not stay again. For $200 i would next time drive further out to find a room.

Nothing in the kitchen and no soap or shampoo we were happy there was toilet paper. The room the garbage is kept in is disgusting. No ice machine. Never again.

The room was clean. Friendly and efficient staff. The air conditioner was on constant. Had a grab and go breakfast stand with muffins and coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate.

The property is a great location. After that it’s dirty and really old. The countertops were burnt and blistered and part of the veneer was missing from several cabinets. The refrigerator and stove were discolored and rusty. The fridge made a noisy sound the whole time. The bathroom needed to be painted and there were rust and water spots all over the ceiling. In the main bedroom there was a very beat up dresser that had seen way better days. Should probably just be thrown away. The walls needed to be painted and there was a giant booger on the wall next to one of the paintings. The good part was towels and linens were all nice and clean. Glad it was only one night.

The walls were chipped.There were stains on the counter stains on the wall. The room was not clean.There was food under the bed. The air made us extremely congested, and everyone has already nose Leaving. I actually was extremely disappointed that I was charged so much.And this was the type of room that I received. I would never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, great location -

Stayed here many times, will be staying again. Clean, comfortable room with a kitchen across the street from Ralph's and Walmart - save and eat well too! The lack of some amenities are made up by friendly customer focused staff. Close to Magic Mountain, Route 5, and The Old Road, easy access to all of the Santa Clarita Valley. Public transportation is an easy walk away. A greatvalue for travelers who are looking for a safe, no-frills place to sleep, eat, get work done or visit.

Shower curtain hanged about 10 in away fro shower. Spiders in tub. Bed sheets dirty with hairs stains on counter in bath room. Towels we’re disgusting and dingy.
