Horrible do not stay here. Lobby, elevators floors dirty. Room run totally stained. Toilet was GROSS I'll try to post a picture Tub did not have a plug. Was t clean someone's hair left in the tub. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

There's a few I should mention thats amazing that I've met Sarah , Samantha , Amy, Nethal, Shayna they are excellent they're helpful accommodating and kind, they go above and beyond on customer service every time, sometimes things go wrong like a busted toilet, broken burner or a bad fridge (they changed our roomand do their best to accommodate us every time we stay. They are kind to animals and kids and I love coming here. The rooms are always clean and re beds are comfy quite honestly I won't stay anywhere else anymore I love it here full kitchen, supplied dishes and pans , cleaning supplies like dishrags soap sponge, and they have a laundry facility. Which is a little pricey but worth it costs me less at the laundromat for 2 loads but my stuff actually comes out dry here so instead of spending hours at the laundromat I can drop my things run the cycle and not have to worry about damp clothes!! I 100% recommend staying here Especially for the price. They deserve more stars than the are given

If you’ve ever wanted to pay premium prices to experience life inside a paper-thin shoebox, this is your spot. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat — if that treat was sleep deprivation, barking dogs, and a symphony of footsteps from the room above that sounded like a tap dance recital at 3 a.m. The “room” came with a portable bed that looked like it was borrowed from a summer camp, and room service was a fantasy that died with my first phone call to the front desk. Trash cans throughout the property were stacked higher than my expectations (which wasn’t saying much) — looked like a real-life game of garbage Jenga. And let’s not forget the 24-hour river of wasted water flowing through the parking lot — impressive in a state where water is basically gold. Bravo, hotel management, for single-handedly destroying the environment and my weekend. Prestige location? Sure. Prestigious experience? Not even close. Highly not recommended unless you enjoy paying for misery wrapped in noise and neglect.

Unfortunately, my stay was really not great, due specifically to cleanliness reasons. (And I have stayed in some pretty janky places.) The property grounds had an ongoing sprinkler flood (soaking the grounds and the parking lot) with the sprinklers running for at least 12 hours even after the flooding. The floor in my room had a dog urine spot that had been missed by the cleaning staff. The shower was decent but the hot water never really got very hot. But the worst part was that several small roaches got into the room and I could see them cruising in and out of the room from the hallway under the door. I notified the management of this (showing pictures); they were very apologetic and issued me a refund. They said they property is treated weekly for insects. I want to clarify that all staff members were friendly and helpful and proactive; and that at no time did I feel unsafe on the property. The bedding and towels were clean. But the room and grounds were unfortunately below expectations and what I would want in a place to stay. Kudos to the staff for being the bright spot in all of it.
