This hotel was very easy to get to off the freeway and yet still quiet. Even on a Friday night, it was quiet considering we are near six flags. Customer service The receptionist, Sarah, was phenomenal, professional, friendly and really helpful. I was the second person in line to check (I did not wait long) and she was kind to the people in front of me as well. Sarah is a model employee with excellent customer service skills. Many can learn from her.

The breakfast consisted of grabbing go items like muffins and oatmeal.. the air conditioner worked pretty decent. The kitchen didn’t have any utensils or anything in it.. but it was a quiet room. That did its purpose for a quick stay.

The advertising should be clear when they say “breakfast included” and specify continental breakfast, meaning, a few pastries and coffee. They shouldn’t even bother saying they have breakfast included. The room was a little run down, leaking tub faucet, broken drawers, curtains that didn’t cover the whole window (why bother installing blackout curtains?). It’s an “extended stay” hotel but you have to request the kitchen accoutrements from the front office. If all you care is about a place to sleep, it should be OK.

Its still a step up from Motel 6 or Motel 8 but a half step at that. They are for working class people not people in a bad situation or having a lack of money. Step up the remodeling & quality of your hotels.

I'm baffled by this property... to start, the staff are GREAT! So friendly and super helpful. However, the rooms are gross. Old, cheap, beat-up furniture with just a single sheet (unless you ask for a blanket), and it's so dirty your feet and shoe bottoms turn black from the floors. I dare you to use a wet wipe on the floor and not barf from the black crap that comes up. We also had to switch rooms TWO times - once because the fridge was broken, and the second room toilet was clogged and full of excrement! Which means the cleaning process between guests did not even include opening the toilet lid, let alone cleaning it. VILE! The manager did give us a 50% discount on one night for the room troubles. I don't understand how they keep such great front desk staff because the building is disgusting. They need to go get hired by a better property so this place can be condemned... at least there were no bugs, I guess...
