Our U-shaped tri-level home in the Sand Section features a central pool/spa/patio area surrounded by four sliding glass doors, allowing you to soak in the serene surroundings and ocean breeze in this peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

Highlights include a spacious living room/family room with a home theater opening to the pool, a master bedroom with a California King bed and entertainment amenities, and two additional bedrooms with thoughtful features.
