Nice looking hotel and clean however, food at the restaurant was very subpar. The shower head had no pressure even after I asked them to fix it (which they did) but remained the same. Honestly, expected a bit more for the rate that I paid.

My room was very nice. It was on the outside so windows and sunlight. My friends was on the inside and it was dark. My room could use and updated hair dryer!!!! and the shower dripped. At check in, I was not told about a daily parking fee. That was a surprise at check out!!! but they were nice enough to only charge one day instead of three.

Stayed at the hotel to go to universal studios for 3 days. Drive to universal is about 20 minutes. The location of hotel is good and felt safe. There was 3 levels of underground parking so plenty of parking but it was $27/night. It was close to the glendale galleria, target, shopping, restaurants. The hotel include free breakfast which was a plus. Food was delicious- made to order omelets was so good, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, muffins, cereal, oatmeal,etc there was mamy varieties. The room itself was big and clean. The only complaint we have is the water pressure. The sinks flood water when we turn it on so had to make sure to turn on slowly and use less. Overall it was a grray stay amd we would definitely stay again.

staff all in all are great...bathroom need a TLC..bath tub have rust and chips same as the wood underneath the sink...breakfast is great..my family enjoy it...oatmeal is perfection my 8 year old daughter ate 2 bowls of it..lol..i didnt earn points because i book on 3rd party booking..which should say need to change.laundry is good $3/ washer and dryer..

So when I first came in the front desk person wasn’t too friendly he just took my id and card and placed us to disable room again.. I would prefer this ftont desk people to ask if the customer doesn’t mind to use the disable room.. I prefer to offer this room for elderly who needs it more…

Dissapointing amenity

We called the day before to ask about the pool and jacuzzi because we wanted a hotel with a jaccuzi.hours. We were told that both were opened until 10. They did not bother to tell us that the jaccuzzi has no heat. Why would you not tell someone that when they specifically called to ask? The pool did not feel heated either. This was very dissapointing.We had a family birthday with a group of 10, and that was part of our plan. The breakfast snd evening teception were both nice, so we at least had that.
