I was terribly disappointed that we prepaid for the breakfast option but the restaurant was closed do to maintenance. So that was a waste of money. While the outlets are within walking distance, they don’t really have any great restaurants- mostly things like Starbucks, Subway, etc. and you have to eat outside at the food court seating (not ideal in the rain). Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the hotel was nice. I was let down that our room didn’t have a fridge though. Several food items we brought had to be thrown away. The staff also wasn’t particularly helpful. We needed to extend our stay they just had us go on Expedia. Unfortunately Double Tree has dozens of hotels in that area and the photos look the same. I accidentally selected the hotel down the street. The staff was too busy talking to each other and seemed annoyed that we asked for help so we just went to the other Double Tree (which was significantly better and their restaurants were open). All in all not a great experience with this hotel.
