I wouldn’t stay here again.The loft was not clean when I arrived. Floors hadn’t been swept, rugs weren’t vacuumed, and there was visible dust on surfaces and shelving. The refrigerator was dirty, had spoiled food inside, and made the entire place smell bad every time the door was opened. The building hallways were also dirty, which didn’t give a great first impression. None of this matched the condition described in the listing.I reported the issues immediately and sent photos. While the host later offered to send cleaners, the earliest availability was days later. Given the state of the unit on arrival, I wasn’t comfortable staying and had to find another place.I was also told someone would be available to provide a walkthrough of the building amenities, but no one showed up except one person to hand me one crusty bath towel. There was no walkthrough or orientation, and I was left to figure things out on my own.Communication was polite, but the situation was stressful and ultimately had to be resolved through VRBO and a chargeback with my credit card company.If cleanliness and readiness at check-in matter to you, proceed with caution.
