I recently stayed for two nights but had to check out one night earlier. When I checked out, the front desk informed me that they could not refund the unused night because it was too late to re-book the room. However, they assured me that they would take care of the parking charges for both nights to compensate for the inconvenience. Despite this assurance, the two nights of parking fees still appeared on my final statement. When I contacted the hotel about this, I was told that the parking charges could not be removed because they are handled by a third-party service. This is confusing and frustrating. If the hotel does not have the ability to waive parking charges, I’m not sure why the front desk initially told me that the fees would be taken care of. The conflicting information caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me feeling misled. I would appreciate clarification and a resolution, as well as improved consistency in communication between front desk staff and billing policies.

Staff, when we entered to check in all 3 staff working registration were staring at their computers. No pme greeted us or asked to help us. We said which one of you can check us in please & then finally the middle staffer said I can while the first staffer who was helping no one rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service. Room was ok, carpets filthy. Not worth the cost, will never stay there again.
