The room was nice, pretty quiet for a bigger city and they had a nice breakfast too. But as I was packing up my things and double checking the room I found a used condom under the bed and was then rushed out by housekeeping after asking and being told I could have a late checkout.

Hotel is clean parking is easy. The housekeeper Ms. LAURA is absoutley amazing and so friendly what a gem she had a smile every time we saw her. Our room was facing a busy street with loud traffic all day and night, making it dofficult to sleep. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

This was the last night of our 2 week West Coast trip. We checked in after 8pm and left early morning without b'fast. Check-in was fast and comfortable. The hotel doesn't look much from outside but it is nice and clean outside. I doubt the area has much for families though. Room was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good wifi.

This hotel felt unsafe. I really would not recommend it, especially to family's. Definitely should not be showing up as a suitable alternative as a place to stay nearby Universal Studios. SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA. I will be using other websites from now on.

My 3rd time staying here, and all staff has been great, the rooms are very clean and very quiet, all rooms are accessible by passing the front desk, and doors stay open till midnight or later, which at that time they have a ring bell. Great spot!
