The property overall felt old. I have been to other Ayres hotel and there overall appearance was much better. Finally the twin sofa bed mattress was so bad that it felt like sleeping of springs.

Pros - Charming and warm entrance. Parking is easy and plenty. Room was clean. Bed was comfy with crisp white, clean bedding and nice plush pillows. Plenty of towels. Hotel was generally quiet and had rules in place that 10pm-7am was quiet time which is shared during check-in. Friendly staff everywhere. Easy check-in/check-out. Cons - Fridge in room was NOT cold at all. Breakfast was a little disappointing - eggs were dry, blintzes were cold/ soggy, only fruit was oranges, yogurt and granola was sitting in buckets typically used to house utensils or salt/pepper so did not realize that was an option to eat (just seemed odd). A full breakfast was one of my main reasons for picking this hotel, so was expecting more BUT would definitely stay here again! It was overall great!

I love how easy it was to check in. I love the free breakfast in the morning so many options to choose from the food was very delicious. The rooms were kept really clean and I also really enjoyed how soundproof the walls are and I also really enjoyed how the TV didn’t block HDMI inputs so I was able to bring my gaming console
