Glad we stayed here

The motel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated that the room did not have carpeting and that it did have a small refrigerator. Paco at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and there is a really good thai restaurant and a small grocery store just down the street.

Check-in was incredibly easy. The clerk friendly and was able to assign me to a wheelchair accessible room as my reservation didn’t show that I requested that option. There was always a handicap parking space available. The room was very clean and I was happy with it! My only suggestion is to perhaps replace the bed as squeaked and I feel like perhaps it could use a new mattress.

Staff was nice and attentive. There’s no free breakfast, no coffee, and WiFi didn’t work. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and I kept hearing this sound on and off. It was good for a nights sleep even though the rest was disturbed with noises from other guests. Don’t like to write these kind of reviews but I love an honest review.

We had booked the room months before my GF had an accident and required ADA accommodations. The desk manager graciously accommodated us by giving us an upgraded room on the first floor at the rate we originally booked. The property is a good value for the money, especially for those attending shows at the Greek Theatre or other nearby venues. Some outstanding Thai restaurants within short walking distance. The AC worked just fine.

Loud stomping from people above me, it was like they wore bowling balls for shoes. Do not get a room on the ground floor. Reported it two nights in a row, They talked to the neighbor and it improved but then on my fourth night the loud stomping returned. Since I did not want to talk to anyone, I sent an email to the hotel asking them to address the issue. I never got any response.
