Everyone was so friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and organized. However, someone was playing LOUD music from 3:00 am to 8:00 am. I think it was coming from the apartments across the street. I called the front desk to call the police. However, the LOUD music ruined my stay.

I love the decor. The decor remind me of some of my favorite anime show room set ups. I stayed on Christmas Day very peaceful. They also had a Christmas theme the staff was very friendly. I love the rooms and how they are set up.

Location of this hotel is perfect and we love the atmosphere and the staff is always really friendly. The hotel is looking a little bit rundown in the rooms. The bathroom has mold and mildew in the showers and wallpaper coming up. The window shade also had a hole. I think this hotel just needs a freshening up.

At first glance the place looks very nice. The room itself was nicely laid out, very modern. But getting any sleep was impossible. The room echoes and magnifies all noise. There was sporadic clicking/tapping all through out the night. The mini fridge noise was amplified as nothing in the room absorbs sound. The elevator mechanical room might as well been inside out room. The noise was awful. We did not sleep at all.
