The bathroom water tank toilet was either flowing continuously because of the flapper not closing. I left it open so I can manually fixed it . The tube were the water flows inside the tank was not in the right spot so I have to fixed it

This property is beautifully designed. We loved the lobby bar that opens up to downtown Pasadena. Staff throughout were super helpful and nice. Market, water refill & great breakfast set up are all really practical. Our room was small but had everything you could need & was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed! Didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop but we were staying on the 6th floor and it always looked buzzing - will def go back. Will only be staying at this hotel when visiting Pasadena from now on.

I have been staying at the AC almost every week for the last two months. The hotel is still struggling with service on the roof deck ( very poor). The AC was obviously very clean when it first opened however with the lack of help it’s definitely not as clean as it once was and is beginning to have a bad smell. This morning my bad I had some milk with my breakfast and OMG!! it had expired 6 days ago and was already spoiled. Overall I love the location, front staff is absolutely amazing, I just feel the wrong people are managing the different departments. Maybe it’s because of a labor shortage?

I cannot say enough great things about my recent stay at the AC Hotel Pasadena, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding customer service provided by Roman. From the moment I arrived, Roman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made all the difference — if I could give 10 stars out of 10 for customer service, I absolutely would! The room itself was breathtaking — hands down the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was modern, calming, and luxurious. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority as well. The room was spotless, fresh, and impeccably maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
