My daughter and I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at the Rose Bowl Stadium. It was an excellent location to walk 20 minutes to the Parsons garage to connect with the free shuttle to the stadium. However, we had to change rooms due to a broken toilet, only to discover that the toilet was broken in the next room too but we managed with this particular challenge. The bathroom doors are made of glass and are barn door style which provides little privacy. This was an an issue for my daughter. The bed mattress was somewhat older in our second room which did not bode too well for my spinal arthritis. However, the staff were friendly enough when approached. We loved sitting in the lobby lounge and eating from their smaller menu which was delicious, or taking the food to our room. It made our schedule easier having this convenience. Breakfast is not worth the money but we had a fridge in our room so we brought in some of our own food and were able to get free tea/coffee from the lounge in the morning.

Room was very small which was shocking for the price we paid. I was disappointed with the menu for the rooftop bar when we arrived there. Would have liked more options. Also, when we checked in, we were told there was breakfast every morning, but come to find out it was $30/head for a very poor spread of food. Definitely not worth it and frustrating. No pool on site which is a bummer on hot days. Probably wouldn’t stay again for the price we paid. Not enough amenities like pool, spa or better restaurant to make me want to go back.

I was very excited about this new hotel, however it was a bit off. It’s brand new and yet it’s lacked some thoughtfulness. The staff was lively! The rooms air conditioning rattled and the fridge and assembled closet/shelf unit rattled all night. I know this is a silly complaint to have, however if you need silence to sleep it might distract you.

Outstanding employees. !! Views from room balcony.

What an outstanding three day stay at the AC hotel everyone from Marco, the hotels housekeeping manager to Anthony at the front desk to Vanessa at the breakfast table. Employees are top notch. It’s incredible because the hotel is relatively new. Rooms are clean and modern.

We had a good stay. Highlights were the hotel staff, the breakfast, the downstairs lounge, the same-floor water dispenser, the street parking a block away, the fitness center availability, presence of USB plugs in the room, easily configured Netflix. Room and fitness center were very clean. Very minor issues included: rooftop closing early (we were told at 10:30pm we couldn't have a drink as they were closing), room toilet tends to stay stuck in flush mode, the courtyard view is nothing to speak of, rooms can feel claustrophobic as they're on the smaller & darker side. What we'll remember: breakfast and close-by street parking free til 10am. If we look again for a hotel in the same area, we'll consider staying here again.

The bathroom water tank toilet was either flowing continuously because of the flapper not closing. I left it open so I can manually fixed it . The tube were the water flows inside the tank was not in the right spot so I have to fixed it

Beautiful New Hotel

Hotel looks and feels amazing to stay at. It was the best choice in price and quality stay. I would definitely book again. Love the cleanliness and great amenities. Staff was great.
