Staff was nice, room was clean and short drive from cruise port. Located by transit center so quite a few homeless and urine smelling streets of you intend to walk around. Hotel itself is clean, seating area on roof.

Awesome staff, loved Eucalyptus face towels for sauna & steam room. You can also park here if you have a cruise. Deck on the roof has great views. Our room was a bargain for what we got. Will stay again.

Hotel Mai is very unassuming. At first, it just looks like any small, boutique hotel. But our stay ended up being one of the best we've had. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were incredible. The roof top is an amazing place to relax. I very much recommend a stay here.

Good budget hotel in Long Beach. Clean and comfortable rooms for a good rate. Would be a higher rating except the location is right on the transit mall street so it gets really rough, especially at night. One block north or south and it gets much cleaner.

Great place to stay I'll be back. Super clean tidy and in a very convenient location. Only grip would be it's a little loud outside but that's not the fault of the hotel. It's in a high traffic area with lots of activities.

The room was clean - the memory foam mattress was probably the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve slept on. The bidet was also awesome. The only downside to the property is the tram/bus stations run right by the building so it can get noisy between people and traffic. I would definitely stay here again though!
