We needed to book a hotel in the area somewhat urgently in order to deal with a family emergency. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. From perfect accommodations to wonderful food and generous help, we had everything we needed in order to make an uncomfortable situation an extremely pleasant experience. Wonderful Surprise in Los Altos

Just amazing people from the maid to the waiter to the front desk to the manager. Room is nice (great bed and beautiful bathroom) and very conveniently located (restaurants and Safeway in walking distance). The hotel restaurant has outdoor seating (in California weather!). And you can have a croissant (from France!)
