DO NOT BOOK A ROOM THROUGH A TRAVEL BOOKING COMPANY. Hotel is under new ownership that does not have a relationship with the online travel companies. Including ourselves there were dozens of people trying to find lodging elsewhere because they thought they had a room at this hotel. Salt on the wound, Expedia charged my credit card. Expedia knows there is a problem but still books rooms at this hotel

The management and staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, the hotel was extremely clean always, the location was perfect, the hotel is beautifully decorated and we plan to return to Loreto and stay at the Posada de las Flores on our next visit!

the hotel was nice , staff were great, location was great Expedia was the only disappointment as they took my money and my reservation never showed up at the hotel and I had to pay a second time.. I have still not been reimbursed and they say it may be another 3 days.. I hope this review gets published
