The staff was excellent and friendly making you feel at home, the room was clean and everything worked as expected, the restaurant and pizza bar’s food was very good and the servers were polite and prompt to serve you, parking space is small and always full, not from the guests but from the people visiting the restaurant, extra parking available on a lot behind the hotel but needs improvements, hotel rooms are a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the surrounding area. Even though is a 4 star hotel, the service and staff are better than many 5 star resorts I have stayed at .

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The only bummer is, there was one small hook for a bath towel but no towel hooks or rings for a hand towel. There was nowhere to hang a wet swim suit either. The bathroom has low lighting so not very easy to apply make up. Those are small things. Overall, its a solid hotel.

Very nice experience, quiet, convenient location. Breakfast buffet has many options and great fresh food. Walking distance to everywhere. Concierge service at hotel was very helpful and we did an unplanned excursion that was suggested and which we loved.

The staff and location were outstanding, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the property was very clean despite being under construction. My one major recommendation would be to add a refrigerator and a microwave to the rooms. I want specifically note the excellent service from the staff. Unfortunately, we were sick during a large portion of our trip, and the staff was very helpful in providing room service when needed.
