Plenty of room for ten couples to stay, each getting their own bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom while being a great place to gather for meals and games at the large kitchen and dining room tables and relax in the large living room. We also enjoyed the back deck and fire pit on a chilly February evening."

"This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend."

"Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon. Our family looked forward to the amazing sunsets on the deck by the fire table! We had a great time :)"

"We had an incredible experience at Maria’s place. The house itself was great with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group but also a central great room which was a great place for us to hang out and relax together. Outside the pool was amazing and warm, and the tennis court was such a nice addition to the house. Everything was well stocked with lots of cookware, plates, etc. Maria was great and very communicative throughout the process with lots of local recommendations too. Very easy to get to from NYC and close to lots of Hamptons or north fork activities. Perfect house for a summer getaway. We hope to come back soon!"

"We stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding in West Hampton. The location was great. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It also has a spacious deck with grill and fire pit. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again."
