"Just there for 1 day, but the time spent was amazing. The private island, Prickly Pear, wasnt in the description anywhere, but was one of the highlights of the 24 hour stay. Food and drinks were great. Ocean View room was ocean front and we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Highly recommend!"

"This is a one star property. The staff is not Jolly and the property is not at all as promoted. There are significant maintenance issues along with terrible food. The only good thing is the beach but the chairs are dirty and worn. The rooms are awful and most a/c units don't operate properly. The bars are under staffed and you will wait in long lines for food and drinks at pool bar. "

"We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

"Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are an awesome team who made us feel at home and who went above and beyond to take care of us. The meals at the restaurant were always very tasty and never disappointed. "
