My second stay but big disappointment the pool and hot tub wasn’t available for hotel guests this is the second time for me last year same thing happened they closed the spa area there was only pool opened, our room didn’t have any coffee cups no wine glass no any other glass wear, the bathroom need some attention leaking sink and we found many ants in the room

There were no iron in my room just the ironing board. Also called the front desk around 1am to get a ride back to our room from main property but there was no answer so my partner and I had to walk back to our room. Otherwise the stay was great. Loved the bath house. Also loved the versatility of the property restaurant. Room were nice and spacious with a breathtaking view.
