Very convenient hotel for a theatre night stay. Good size room, no yes and coffee making facilities or TV. It feels a bit strange when you first go in as it's underground, but you soon get used to it.

Air con is very good, small but cosy rooms, amazing value and staff are very friendly. Mostly self check in which is great as it saves waiting in a queue! There are additional charges for checking in early, leaving luggage in the storage room & to have a hairdryer in your own room - however there is a shared beauty & ironing room which has hairdryers in it.

The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and on a 33 degree day in London, the air con was wonderful. You can hear the underground a bit, but not enough to prevent a good nights sleep!

Service there was good and very nice. Only bad thing was if you use the bathroom to the sink it will make a sound after you use it and floor wasn’t so clean, your socks will get very dirty so buy par of shoes. But overall very good place to stay.

Great to have a cool space to come back to away from the hot Summer, rooms a little small but ok - missing a table/chair maybe but there may not be the space by the time you have suitcases in there. You can hear the underground trains (at least on level -5) - didn’t affect me but my husband got woke up quite a few times in the middle of the night with them.

Staff were helpful, rooms had air con, noise from underground didnt bother us at all. It just sounded like the rumblings of distant thunder. Basic rooms, but for us this was the cheapest hotel in the area so you get what you pay for. Our bed was huge, room clean and beds comfortable. Would stay here again. My only complaint is that you have to pay £15 for them to store bags prior to check-in. Which ive never experienced before.

I stayed in a basic room for one night and that's enough for this type of room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The hotel was quiet but you can hear the rumble of the underground trains. The only thing that disappointed me was the hotel charges £15 to look after your bags which I just cannot get my head around.

Room was neat and clean and comfortably big enough for a night for one person. Air con good. I would have really appreciated a shelf in the bathroom and one in the bedroom - nothing huge, just somewhere to put toiletries, and a hook to hang some clothes on would have been great. Everything ended up getting stored on the floor.
