It has an open bathroom concept so there was no ventilation when showering. The windows don’t open. The TVs and bed were nice but definitely for solo travelers and even then it was way too small. I did appreciate the tea kettle/warmer in the room.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s right off Old Street and near Liverpool station. Lots of coffee, pubs, and shops. There was an unfortunate issue with my room being ice cold, but the staff was really helpful and considerate.

Ultra modern, super clean, wonderful decor, amazing value for money. Excellent climate control platform. All the complimentary teas and coffees you could want next to your bed! Shower facilities great. Very small room, but if you're not planning on spending much time in it, honestly, it's worth it. Doesn't get any better for one night stays, but I'd happily book a weekend here or longer if I was busy out and about. Staff were supremely pleasant from check in to cleaners to check out. I needed to check in fast and be out the door for an event and I didn't even need to say, smooth as you like, took no longer than 2 minutes.

Generally a nice location, staff were friendly, place was clean. However it was not walkable to main tourist sites but near a main train station. Limited restaurant options nearby. Bathroom could benefit from increased privacy, repairs, and functionality.

Basement room. You could hear the underground constantly! Which kinda defeats the USP for a Z hotel. Otherwise staff were lovely, room well laid out and clean. Quite cold, tv kept flicking off, room not cleaned daily so coffee and water not topped up. Ok but underwhelmed.
